Ambergris Caye

Ambergris Caye (pronounced "key"), the largest island/caye in the country of Belize. The island is approximately 24 miles (40 kilometers) end to end and almost 3 miles wide, at the greatest width. San Pedro is the #1 tourist spot in the entire country of Belize and is the only town on the island.
Downtown San Pedro is approximately 630 miles slightly SW of Jamaica, 440 miles SW of the Cayman Islands, and approximately 335 miles SW of Cuba.
Belize City is 32 miles SW of the town center.
