Costa Blu Beach Resort is approximately 6 miles north of San Pedro Town, Belize. The property includes over 800 ft of sandy beach, two pools, a bar, a restaurant, and incredible views of the Barrier Reef in the Caribbean Sea. Costa Blue Beach Resort has been a Wyndham Trademark since 2019.
This existing resort started renovations in October of 2022 in which the buildings are being converted to vacation rental condominiums. The pe-renovation unit price includes the furniture package. The developer is offering financing with a minimum of 15% down. All units are Strata Title. Prices start at around $178,000USD.
There is no monthly HOA. The owners will have 28 days of use per year, if used during low seasons or 14 days during high season, to use their unit; 1 night in high season is the equivalent to 2 nights in low season. There is no restriction in owners’ use, an owner can exceed the 28/14 days, however, there will be a nightly resort fee to cover the resort services, such as utilities, housekeeping, maintenance and common.
