La Sirene is a large luxury development at the southern end of the island (about 5.75 miles), south of San Pedro Town on the island of Ambergris Caye in the beautiful country of Belize. The development will consist of eight, five-storey buildings, which which will have oceanfront, marina, and garden views. The five floors will be a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites that will hold the estimated 138 units.
The location of La Sirene does not provide any utilities from San Pedro Town, 5.75 miles away, so the resort and hotel will have to be self sustaining, although the details of how this will be accomplished are not known at this time.
