In December of 2017, Mahogany Bay Village had its grand opening for its resort on Ambergris Cay Belize. The resort is situated on 60+ acres on the leeward side of the island about 2 miles south of downtown San Pedro and features a British Colonial style. Prior to the grand opening, I had already taken a tour of the resort and had a chance to briefly meet CEO and developer Beth Clifford. I'll admit that I took a liking to her style immediately as I found out she had drum set in one of the top rooms in the Great House (it was under construction at the time). In her videos, she seems to really care about Belizeans and wants them to be successful in their businesses.
