Christmas Parade 2023 POV!
We had the annual Christmas Parade on December 17th and I ended up creating a YouTube video from the videos and pictures that I shot. This is simply a point of view (POV) video as Keller Williams Belize had some carts in the parade. It was long, but so much fun seeing what seemed to be the entire town and in a festive mood. I hope that everyone had a fun holiday season with friends and/or family. I flew off the island and back to the States to visit with friends. Now that 2024 is here, there's a lot of business to take care of with many people flying into the country for the first time. I have some new opportunities to tell you about as well as some existing investments that you might want to take a look at.
I have so many people in the US talking to me about alternate places to live. Whether they just need a change or in preparation for the upcoming 2024 political battles. Belize is on many peoples watch list and now it seems that trips to investigate are in order. I will definitely say that I know from personal experience that Southwest Airlines has some great deals from Northern California into Belize. I also remember them targeting the spring breakers for deals that time of year. If you haven't looked at flights recently, I suggest you take a look at ALL of the carriers as there may be a lot of deals during this first month of 2024.

I was approached by a Seller that I have been communicating with for a couple of years now and he has reached the point that he wants to move a couple of units that he still has. I have already put one in contract. The other had a Buyer, but they had to cancel, due to a medical issue. It's on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. You probably have heard me speak about these condominiums in the past. They are 2BR/2BA units. The last unit is a steal under $185K. I'm going to leave it at that, but contact me if you are interested and I will get you in. There are a few disclosures that I need to go over with you, but I think it a great deal. People are always looking for deals.
