More Restrictions to Combat Spread of COVID-19

After canceling the San Pedro Lobster Festival in 2020, the town council has scheduled the event to continue again this year.
The event will kickoff again this year by serving LionFish in different forms to open the festival. The Lobster Festival officially starts on July 1st along with lobster season.
On June 30th visit Estel's Dine By the Sea and The LionFish Lot Party @The Commons on Coconut Drive at the corner of the turnoff to the medical school and on the way to Pedros. There you can try tasty lionfish dishes. The Commons is where our local Keller Williams real estate office is and I hope to see you there.
Unlike previous years, there will not be a lobster festival block party in Central Park at the end, due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

For full details on the San Pedro Lobster Festival you can get more information on the Facebook page here.
Alaia Beach Club Undergoes Building Layout Modifications
I was recently in contact with the Alaia sales office with an inquiry about their Beach Club and was informed that they are currently undergoing modifications to the building layout. I'm not sure if there will be a modification to their pricing structure, but that is quite possible. Initial building drawings had been released, but of course, that is always subject to change. Feel free to drop me a message if you want to be updated, when the new modifications are released and I will let you know when I get them. Currently, the lot is still being cleared for construction.
