Marriott Residences Moving Forward
On August 10, 2022 as I passed by the vacant lot that had promises of being a development someday, I noticed movement. After two ground breaking ceremonies and additional delays, it look like ECI Development is moving forward with the construction of the planned Marriott Residences. If you're not familiar with the project, that may be because many have forgotten about it, since Alaia, which is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection opened last year and appears to be very successful for the brand.
There is no indication of how long this project will take until completion, but I will certainly be giving updates throughout the process. I did put together a short video on my YouTube channel that I will provide below. There also pictures on my website as well as information on most of the new developments here.

Introducing Clear Water Belize
There are some new developments on my radar and one that I have been waiting to get more information on is Clear Water Belize. While I have more detailed information in my New Developments section of my website, it is certainly in a great spot, just north of Caribeville and is being built by a well established developer. Pricing benefits will be for the early purchasers, but this development will have more added housing on the way.
