Royal Kahal Beachfront Suites has a lock off configuration for its 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom units. The strategically financial design allows for the owner to have more flexibility on configurations to increase income potential, while renting. The separate lock off can be rented while the owner is present or in addition to renting out the rest of the 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom suite. This can generate two separate incomes at one time. If more room is desired the entire suite can be rented out.
